This type is slide-valve mechanical oil sealed vacuum pump,used to extract the dry gas from the sealed container. Gas ballast device can also be used to extract some condensable gases(such as water vapor). This pump can be used separately or be used as a backing pump for other high vacuum pumps.However, it is not suitable to extract gases with high oxide content, ferrous metal-corrosive gases or gases reacting with the vacuum oil and also not suitable to be as a delivery pump to extract gases from one ontainer to another container. When extracting gases with water content and large amount of dust, it is necessary to add dehumidification and dust removal devices.
On the basis of the advantage of H-150,H-150E/H-150M learns from the strong points fo the slide-valve vacuum pumps of the sanme king at home and abroad and improves H-150 to offer better vacuum equipment configuration to the customers.
H-150E has made adjustment to the exhaust system to achieve lower noice and energy-conservation(H150 is 15KW while H-150E is 11KW). It is easy for maintenance. When you need to clean the upper fuel tank and filter,just open the fuel tank cap; it has fine appearance,smaller footprint and will not inject oil or leak. In addition,there is also oil and gas separator for customers to use,better guaranteeing and improving performance and reliability of the entire pump.
H-150M has changed lubrication of shaft parts. The bearing seal champer is fueled separately and separates from the pump chamber in order to avoid early damage to the bearing, seal and shafts due to inclusion of impurities, thus serivice life of shaft parts is prolonged and performance and reliability of the entire pump are guaranteed and improved.
